Heritage and prominence
A native of Dublin, Ray Dowling has been a Professional Photographer for over 20 years. Having graduated with an Honours Degree in Professional Media from the University of Gloucestershire, interest in property and interior architecture took over and marrying the visual communication with property was a natural progression.
Cutting his teeth in one of the UK’s first low cost online estate agencies, he gained an insight into the future of proptech. Ray moved to a mainstream estate agency marketing department in the Notting Hill, prime central London market in 2005. Gaining invaluable experience here and building up a strong reputation with agents, developers, vendors and landlords alike was the start of it all.
Soon after being plunged into recession, Ray decided to bite the bullet and turned his reputation into a business offering full property marketing services in 2009. Having enjoyed much success with the business for almost a decade, taking it from an idea to success, it was time to move on.
Having sold the business and welcoming a second child 2019 was a big year. After taking stock and with renewed energy and enthusiasm Dowling & Co. was born at the tail end of 2019. Dowling & Co. is in no way affiliated with Dowling Jones Design Ltd.
Starting off 2020 in a new political and economical landscape with great opportunity on the horizon the intention is to establish Dowling & Co. as an invaluable company to get involved with in turning your same old into something new. Offering a multi disciplined range of services under one roof does not mean we operate as a one size fits all agency.
